All in all, it was excellent home base for travelling to Annecy. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The breakfast certainly has to be was n't included in the price.

I loved staff and location. The hotel was located next to the waterfront, the beach, the lake and the town. The rooms with balcony, mini bar, for instance. The patio served lots of meals for breakfast.

Its breakfast should have been was n't included in the price.

i had a really good stay in a long time. delightful hotel with polite staff and efficient wi-fi. the beach was beautiful. i slept so comfy in the really big bed. overall clean property and excellent service.

I loved charming staff, nice location. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. Everything was great as expected, yet the bathroom was uncomfortable! They made my stay comfortable. Breakfast looked great with variety of options. The service was exceptional, always with a smile.

Genuinely helpful staff and very central location. Good view, a little balcony, soft bed, too. There was a good bar with nice service. Great stay in this great area.

The location is GOOD, the breakfast is nice. Within short walking distance to Le Belvedere, where you can have lunch. Nice base for holiday in Annecy. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.
